well I'll tell you, everyone says their Wal Mart sucks, and they are so right.

went to see if they had anything new. absolutely NOTHING! same old Sports Picks (no St. Louis ones of course). No new MLs. just a million Beast and Gambits. None of the Spawn figures. Just nothing but the 18" Spiderman which I had to pick up another one. There's about 4 or so Wal Marts around the immediate area here and each is just shit for toys.

seems like the places to get good figures just keeps shrinking. KBs are having problems, the Gamestop here used to carry a bunch and now they've cut back. EB the same. just sucks to try and go on a good toy hunt lately!

As strange as it sounds, the only Wal-Mart around me that gets good stuff in is the smallets. It's not a Supercenter, just your plain Jane, old, cruddy Wal-Mart. They got Matrix 2, S24, Jimi Hendrix, and everything long before McFarlane even announced S24 would be in Wal-Marts. They've also gotten more of newer lines than any other Wal-Mart near me.

hell there's a ton around here. most arent Super Centers. those are a bit farther out, but they all suck so bad around here. Used to be you could by all kinds of McFarlane stuff there. I remember the exclusive fish tank Manga Goddess when I snagged a few on clearance for like 5 bucks. Now there's just junk for toys.

Hitting Bradlees, Ames, KMarts (for exclusives!) even WalMart.
A buck-ten miles in a day.......

Now it's one trip to the mall.......

yeah, I forgot about KMart. Hell they closed the cleaner of the ones down and left the trashiest one with nothing around here. Every once in a while you might find something in there, but very seldom
